In which stores can I shop?


You can make purchases in any Turkish online stores: multi-brand, small and even hypermarkets. We have prepared a list of stores for you and divided them into sections for your convenience. Most of turkish stores do not deliver orders outside of Turkey, and some do not accept foreign bank cards. To place an order in this case, use our "Shopping Help" service.


How do I place an order in the online store if it accepts my card for payment?


To order, add the necessary product to the Shopping Bag in the online store. In the delivery address line, write the address that is given you in your E-Banderol Account, and pay for the purchase using your Banking card.


Where will my personal address be stored?


You will get your personal address for delivery of goods from online stores after registration in E-Banderol. It is always stored there, and you can view it in your Account.


How to add links to products in my Account?


When placing an order, add a link that leads directly to the product page you want to buy. Links to the main page of the online store, mobile versions, or the shopping bag are not allowed, as we will not be able to see the necessary items and calculate the cost of the order.


What is the return time?


The maximum time for returning a defective product is up to 30 days. You must contact E-Banderol for a refund in 14 days after receiving the order so that we can return the product or receive a refund. Please contact our operators for more details.


Can I check the ordered item?


To check the ordered item, you can send us a special request, and our operators will provide all the necessary information, will make a photo or video, check and repack the product at your request. The cost of special requests is indicated in the Services page.


How to calculate the cost and delivery time?


You can calculate the cost of delivery using our calculator. To do this, select the delivery method, the city to deliver to, and the weight of the product. The cost of the product does not affect the delivery price. The average delivery time is from 5 to 14 days.
